Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:
We process orders Monday-Friday, except on holidays. Orders are processed generally within 1-3 business days of receipt. During high volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process. 



Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship to U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs for domestic (US) orders are reflected at checkout. For international orders, shipping costs do not include any import duties and taxes you may incur.

 

Route Package Protection


We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order from loss, theft, or damage during transit. If Route protection is added to your order, Route will handle the claim and provide a replacement or refund quickly.


If Route Protection Is Declined


If you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection, Matcha Matcha LLC is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Stolen packages

Lost packages

Damaged items in transit


In these cases, customers must work directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to resolve delivery issues.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages (Without Route)


If Route is not added and an issue occurs, we can assist you with tracking information, but we cannot replace or refund orders marked delivered or mishandled by carriers.

Matcha Matcha LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address before confirming your order. If your order is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and/or product costs required for a replacement.

 

Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@matcha-matcha.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
